All product must be sent back to us in the same condition received, including any promotional gifts. Evtec Care recommend a tracked & signed for delivery service is used. Evtec Care cannot accept responsibility for any returns lost in transit back to us. All postage costs for standard returns are the sole responsibility of the customer and will not be re-imbursed by Evtec Care. Any returns received outside of the 30 day returns window cannot be refunded.

If you would like to return product due to a defect / fault, please contact us BEFORE returning any product at info@evtec-care.com, within 30 days of receiving the product, quoting your order / invoice number, along with as much detail as possible about the defect / fault. Evtec care will re-imburse all reasonable postage costs for product returned due to a defect / fault.
